'Fetishism in Focus' Jan 2020: Fat Fetishism!
Hello Everyone! I am happy to announce the commencement of the first edition of the 'Fetishism in Focus' Project! The fetish that we featuring first is one that is more common than you would perhaps think: Fat Fetishism! Thus, from now until 25 Jan 2020, members can nominate a piece of someone's work (not their own) from the Fat Fetishism folder to be placed into the Featured folder! Members wishing to nominate a piece should send me a personal note, containing the following: 1) Name of nominated piece: 2) Name of nominated author: 3) Reason for nomination: Also, we are looking for fat fetishists (either members or non-members) willing to express something about their personal feelings and experiences about fat fetishism, and to have their expressions collated into a piece when we announce the results after the 25 Jan! Those interested should likewise send me a note! I hope that this project will encourage a flurry of submissions and nominations. The final note that I wish to add

LAST DAY! 777 Contest (deadline: June 5)
UPDATES
- Okay, so I have a huge deadline for work next week and won't be able to do much on DA. To make things easier for me (and probably for you too) I extended the deadline to the 5th of June. Sorry guys, I swear I won't extend the deadline again.
- The very kind WonderlandTrades (https://www.deviantart.com/wonderlandtrades) donated prizes as well: a 1 minute animated movie to fit your favourite song! Like this: [link]
- Some people ran out of time, so I changed the deadline! It is now June 1st!
- The awesome ArielaNewt (https://www.deviantart.com/arielanewt) has offered a headshot for ALL participants who made an entry! How kind is that?
- I have five entries, meaning there will be two winners. More entries = mor
Judge me not by were I have been
Judge me not by the color of my skin
Judge me not by the clothes I wear or by the way I speak
Judge me not by the scars that mar my skin, from so many a blade kissing my flesh
Judge me not by the ribbon that wraps around my neck, a reminder of what I have done and what I will never do again
Judge me not by the ink that colors my flesh, which tells a story across my skin
I am not defined by things you can see, by things you can hear, by things you can smell
I am made from sterner stuff that you can see, hear, or smell
I am not what you know from the past, a boy stuck in stagnant stinking depression

The Paradox Chain
Dear Dr. Westman,
Over the past three years, our company has been doing experimentation with time travelling particles, specifically tachyons. The technology is still in development, but we have started using test subjects to travel back in time. The technology is safe to use, but nobody understands how our actions affect the time space continuum, specifically with paradoxes. While experimentation demonstrates the universe does not fall apart when a paradox occurs, the implications of such an action is not yet obvious.
The experiment we are going to attempt is called the Paradox chain. A paradox occurs when a syntax error
One late summer, I took a trip to where native grass grew as high as the flanks of my paternal grandfather's bay, the one with the dark line of equine heritage down its spine. He used him as a pleasure horse to ride when he had spare time, but he hardly ever did, especially once his brood started to multiply. That's when grandfather hooked the bay to a plow, turning the soil so he could plant crops to help feed them all.
Grandfather had two broods. The first was five children and his wife who all perished in the influenza pandemic of 1918. The second was five more children and his final wife. They all lived long lives as did the marriage,

The Door Locks Behind You
I would walk a mile
If I could see you for ten minutes,
But you won't take a step outside
To talk to me for twenty?
I know it's hard to go back
When the door locks behind you,
But is it so hard
To do something impulsive?
Sometimes I can read your mind,
And it feels like we're in sync,
But other times I feel like
We're always on repeat,
But we never make it
Past the first verse.
Will I ever be good enough?
I wish I could stay upset with you
Long enough for you to
Ask what's wrong,
But that is easier said than done
When I love you like I do.
See, there you go again
Making me laugh,
And you make all my problems
Seem so co
